Welcome to PJ’s Janitorial. Please familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of our company.
ORDERING – PJ’s accepts orders by phone Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. at 740-282-5717. You may fax orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week at 740-282-2366 or order from our web site www.pjjanitorial.com 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If there are items you want but do not see on our site, please call the office. There are many items we have access to but do not currently stock.
PJ’s accepts request for quotes and bids from government agencies and private industry. Anyone wishing to receive prices on quotes or bids please call the office at 740-282-5717 or 800-440-5717.
TAXES – Sales tax is charged on all orders unless you are a non-profit business, organization, a government entity, or furnish our office with a tax exempt certificate.
PAYMENT – PJ’s Janitorial accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards, business checks, personal checks, and cash (on orders delivered by our trucks). If you wish to pay by Visa or MasterCard you must place your order on our web site, or telephone the office, our driver can only accept checks or cash. PJ’s does have open business accounts, invoices are net 30. Any returned checks will be charged a $35.00 return fee.
SHIPPING – At PJ’s we try to give our customers fair prices. Customers within 75 miles of our warehouse located in Steubenville, OH 43952, will receive their orders with free shipping and handling. Customers further than 75 miles will be charged shipping charges at the lowest possible rate. PJ’s uses FedEx for most shipping and the FedEx shipping calculator calculates charges. PJ’s also uses MapQuest for the mileage from our warehouse to your facility. If we need to adjust the shipping because of the order, PJ’s will contact you to make arrangements.
RETURNS – PJ’s Janitorial will not accept any return without authorization of PJ’s. Our driver, on his next delivery to your area, will pick up returns within 75 miles of our warehouse. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges for returned merchandise when using other than company pick-up. The customer must call for authorization within 30 days of purchase.
